THE FIRM
Studio Sorarù - Chartered Accountants - Professional Association, is, today, one of the most important firms in the Venetian professional context. Founded in 1987 by Massimo Sorarù, it became an associated firm in 1998 with the entry of Simonetta Giacomini and in 2003, with Umberto Scarso, both chartered accountants and auditors.

Massimo Sorarù

Holder of a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Cà Foscari University of Venice, he is a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants of Venice and of the Register of Auditors.

He has been providing professional support to medium and large-sized companies for over thirty years and is specialised in corporate, contractual, financial and tax matters and in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, demergers and transformations. He is an expert in corporate restructuring and insolvency procedures.

    He has been dealing with issues concerning Public Entities and Companies since 1990 and has been working as a consultant and auditor, as well as a publicist and lecturer, also at the University of Ferrara.


    He is an expert in national and international tax law, international tax planning, assistance to Italian and foreign entities, and has acted as a tax representative for the most important film production companies.

Giacomini Simonetta

Scarso Umberto
